Pork tenderloin with roasted asparagus

It is my goal with this blog to show you how easy it is to cook a healthy meal with little effort on your part. You could go all out and make a brine or a glaze for the pork, if you are pressed for time, a few spices will do.

The only ingredients I used were salt, pepper, garlic powder, and fresh rosemary for the pork. I roasted the pork in the oven at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Then I took the pan out, added the asparagus with salt, pepper, and oil. After 15 more minutes, I was ready to serve!

There you have it: inexpensive, healthy, and super easy!
