Roasted chicken and potatoes

  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 12 chicken thighs
  • 1 sack of baby potatoes
  • 2 red onions
  • 2 teaspoons dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Grease two roasting pans with the olive oil and massage the chicken into the oil as well. Season with salt, pepper, and oregano.

Peel and chop the onion, then sprinkle over the chicken. Add the potatoes to the two tins. Cook in the oven for 40 minutes until chicken is done.
